6. Product Listings & Transactions

  • FabrikCart is a marketplace platform and does not own or control the products listed.
  • Buyers and sellers are solely responsible for verifying product details before making transactions.
  • Any disputes related to product quality, authenticity, or delivery must be resolved directly between buyers and sellers.

7. No Liability of FabrikCart

  • FabrikCart acts only as an intermediary and holds no liability for product defects, misrepresentations, or fraudulent activities conducted by users.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legality of product listings.
  • Users acknowledge that they transact at their own risk, and FabrikCart is not responsible for any losses incurred.

8. Disclaimer of Liability

FabrikCart provides the Site on an "as is" and "as available" basis. FabrikCart makes no warranties, express or implied, about the Site or the content, products, or services available through the Site.

FabrikCart shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, even if FabrikCart has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

FabrikCart shall not be liable for any issues related to transactions between buyers and sellers, including but not limited to:

  • Product quality
  • Shipping or delivery issues
  • Disputes between buyers and sellers
  • Fraudulent activities

In case of a wrong product or fraud by the seller, no payment (if done through the sites payment gateway) will be released by FabrikCart. Buyers and sellers are responsible for resolving any such issues directly.

  • No payment will be released to the seller in case of wrong product delivery or fraudulent activities. If payments is done through Sites Payment Gateway.
  • Users must perform due diligence before engaging in transactions.

9. Termination & Suspension

FabrikCart reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions or engage in fraudulent activities.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold FabrikCart harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site or your breach of these Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of California USA.

8. Changes to Terms

FabrikCart may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
